Golf Fitness Enhancement Program

Pain while golfing?
Difficulty finishing 18 holes?

Every golfer, whether professional or amateur, may have musculoskeletal weaknesses that can affect their game. These weaknesses can translate into decreased strength, reduced range of motion or inadequate balance. Most players play through physical weaknesses by working at improving the mechanics of their swing or by participating in strength training programs to build muscle and improve driving distance. While these programs are important and should be incorporated into any player's game preparation. The Spine Center's Golf Improvement Program takes golf fitness to the next level.

The Spine Center’s Golf Improvement Program is not about learning the golf swing and swinging a golf club. It is a program that looks at the golf swing to better understand the muscle activity and range of motion required by your body to accurately and effectively perform the swing. The Spine Center Golf Improvement Program is a scientifically-based assessment program backed by clinical studies and is similar to programs routinely used by professionals playing on the PGA, Champions and LPGA Tours. We believe every golfer should be aware of the musculoskeletal issues impacting their golf swing and how improving overall fitness will bring their golf game to the next level as well as improve their overall quality of life off the course.
