Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians (Physiatrists) are certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Our physiatrists provide care and rehabilitation to patients of all ages and with all forms of impairment and disability affecting the entire musculoskeletal system.  Treatments may include medication, individualized exercise, physical therapy or injections to diagnose or prevent chronic pain.  You can rest assured that your care is in the very best hands.

Using the most effective non-surgical techniques and technologies, our physiatrists treat a range of musculoskeletal problems and injuries, from general pain to chronic long-term disabilities, acquired and congenital. We offer help for all of the following:

A unique feature of The Spine Center is our partnership with Lansing Neurosurgery.  With many years of service to the Lansing community, our physicians have experience in treating all kinds of patients, young and old, from those needing the most common or routine procedures, to complex spinal reconstruction and sophisticated spinal instrumentation.  Our physicians begin all courses of musculoskeletal treatment by considering non-surgical methods.  Should surgery ultimately be necessary, our neurosurgeons offer a full complement of surgical options, including laser spine surgery. 

Working together with each other and with the most advanced equipment and techniques, we work to prevent long-term pain and disability, restoring maximum function to each patient.
