Completing your forms before your appointment will significantly reduce the amount of time you spend in our offices. It will also allow your treatment team to access all of your medical information quickly and accurately.

Our office is open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  For the convenience of our patients, extended physical therapy hours are offered 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:00 am - 4:30 pm on Friday.  Please contact our office to schedule your consultation - a physician referral is not required.  Please call us at (517) 337-3080, or 1-888-712-6999 or request an appointment through the “Request an Appointment” link below.  

The Spine Center offers a team approach to your healthcare.  You will interact with several team members including office staff, medical assistants and nurses, in addition to your physiatrist or physical therapist.  Our medical experts will ask you about your medical history and your symptoms.  Our staff will perform an examination and your physician will review your diagnostic studies, such as x-rays, CT or MRI scans.  If you have any films, please make sure you bring them with you to your appointment, including MRI, and x-rays.  Your physician will need to examine the actual films in order to make a diagnosis.

If additional tests are required, we will schedule those after your first visit to our office.  You may be asked to return for another appointment to meet with a surgeon, physical medicine and rehabilitation physician or another member of our team.

At The Spine Center, we actively involve you in all decisions regarding your treatment and care.  When we discuss options for your situation, we will take the time to answer any questions you may have and assist you in making the best decision for your health and your life.  Treatment options may include:
