Karen Litos, MPT, specializes in obstetrics physical therapy. She has post- graduate training and certification along with extensive experience treating pregnant and postpartum women throughout the Greater Lansing area. Karen developed a comprehensive physical therapy protocol for The Spine Center based on current research and best practices (what really works) for treatment of pregnant women suffering from pain and endurance issues within the guidelines of the APTA and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Karen evaluates and treats women through all phases of pregnancy and post-partum for back, sciatic, neck, pelvic and other pain syndromes, deconditioning and endurance issues. She also has ten years experience as a rehab therapist treating patients with neurologic and orthopedic injuries in inpatient acute care and rehab settings and has post-graduate training through the American Physical Therapy Association in Stroke Rehab.
